Through farmer-company partnerships, food companies can invest in the health and wellbeing of their employees and neighbors. Many rural communities’ quality of life depends on their natural resources, and Field Stewards allows companies to show a commitment to a common goal: protecting water resources that benefit communities.
Many rural communities were founded on the banks of rivers and lakes, and those natural resources continue to be central to their identity and way of life. Fishing, canoeing, or water-skiing are just a few reasons life in rural areas is so enticing.
Through the Field Stewards program, and by collaborating with farmers, food companies can protect those natural resources, and the outdoor lifestyle that depends on them.
AREAS OF OPERATION
Though we are currently enrolling corn and soybean acres in Minnesota as part of our project with Just BARETM, Field Stewards can work with any type of crop production anywhere in the U.S. We are currently seeking new partnerships with farmers, local conservation organizations, and food companies. Please contact us if you would like to explore this opportunity further.
